- Engage customers and provide exceptional service
- Assist with product selection and inquiries
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions
- Handle returns and exchanges according to store policy
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail or sales preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, and teamwork. Proficiency in marketing, merchandising, inventory management, and sales management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a positive attitude.
