Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in product selection.
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Stay knowledgeable about product features and promotions.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail or sales environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, negotiation, and social media; strong sales support and training abilities, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, manage sales transactions, and support sales strategies to meet targets.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment, requiring standing for long periods and occasional evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent teamwork, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
