- Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations.
- Assist customers with selecting, purchasing, and returning items.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain product displays, ensuring items are well-stocked and organized.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and sales.
