Description
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and meet sales goals.
- Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Organize merchandise and ensure displays are appealing and stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance store operations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist with inventory management and perform stock counts.
- Monitor products and report nearly expired products.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; high school diploma preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of retail experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, marketing knowledge, inventory management, merchandising, public speaking, and customer service.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, manage inventory, merchandise products, promote sales, and handle transactions.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment. May require standing for long periods of time.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
