Job Summary:

The Retail Marketing Supervisor reports directly to the Head of Marketing and supports the Retail Marketing Manager in identifying, creating, and optimizing marketing opportunities with mall partners to drive sales growth and profitability. This role works closely with the marketing team, retail managers, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and align with business goals.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Brand Awareness:

  • Collaborate with mall marketing teams to implement projects such as directional signage, tie-ups, in-mall posters, omni-channel promotions, and sales activations.
  • Create relatable content tailored to the brand’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Design clear, enticing advertisements for promotions to engage customers effectively.
  • Develop and maintain Gantt charts for all marketing activities, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
  • Coordinate, review, and secure approval for articles, display ads, and digital editorial content.
  • Propose effective marketing concepts and strategies targeted to the appropriate audience.
  • Initiate localized marketing campaigns aligned with local events and festivals.


2. Sales Growth:

  • Analyze sales turnover performance linked to marketing promotions and gift-with-purchase (GWP) initiatives.
  • Collaborate with mall administrators to enhance social media presence during mall events.
  • Source and manage campaign assets and materials from cloud sites.
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of foot traffic on promotional activities.
  • Ensure the success of store opening campaigns and promotions to meet sales objectives.


3. Seeding and PR Activities:

  • Identify influencers for product seeding, ensuring annual distribution of new merchandise

and special collections.


4. Visual Merchandising and Creative Oversight:

  • Ensure store signage and logos meet visibility and readability standards.
  • Supervise in-store visual presentations to adhere to brand standards.
  • Review and proof store assets and images prior to submission to the Principal.
  • Oversee store openings to address marketing concerns, ensure preparedness, and maintain organizational standards.
  • Ensure all marketing-related store fixtures and materials are in pristine condition.


5. Compliance and Brand Integrity:

  • Safeguard the company’s brand integrity and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of regulatory requirements, ensuring products and events meet government standards.
  • Update management on new regulatory trends and amendments.


6. Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing function.


Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in brand management, retail, fashion, and marketing.
  • Proven ability to design and execute successful brand awareness campaigns and strategies for optimal market penetration.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, including coaching, mentoring, and situational assessment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Work Environment:

This role requires occasional travel for store openings and events, as well as flexibility to address marketing concerns outside of standard office hours.
