Job Description
- Developing and refining new products, recipes, and menu items based on market demand and strategic goals
- Providing technical input and resolving issues during the development and production process
- Leading the entire product development cycle, from initial concept to final commercial launch
- Accurately calculating food costs for new products
- Maintaining food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards throughout the development process
- Analyzing consumer trends to identify opportunities and using data to inform product development decisions
- Ensure all activities, from customer service to food preparation, run smoothly and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints to guarantee a positive take-out experience
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and analyze sales performance to optimize profitability
- Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes
- Lead a team and communicate effectively with staff
