- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Train and mentor new employees on service standards.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.
- Assist in menu planning and special events.
- Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain standards.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Team player with strong teamwork abilities, computer literate, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring flexibility in hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership, adaptability, problem-solving, and a positive attitude.
