- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to enhance service and performance.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain food safety and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute operational strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: At least 6 months experience in restaurant supervision or a related field.
- With complete pre-employment requirements
- Willing to be assigned in Trece Martires, Cavite
