Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest complaints.
- Train and mentor team members to maintain high standards.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
- Work closely with management to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A bachelor degree or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years in restaurant operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Must possess excellent cost management, team player mentality, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain budgetary controls.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment requiring flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
