- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations.
- Oversee staff training and development.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies.
- Support budgeting and financial management.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
- Location: Kuwait (w/ Passport)
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years in restaurant management or operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in restaurant operations, inventory management, safety and health compliance, MS Office, POS systems, and cash handling.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills, effective communication, customer service-oriented, detail-oriented.
