Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies to meet business needs.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operations and cost management, quality control, inventory management, and effective communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain quality standards.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with long hours, including nights and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
