Job Summary:

This role will provide support to a team that delivers customer insights that help our organization stay close to its customers, and employee insights which help us monitor and improve the employee experience. You will provide support on multiple global research studies. You will be involved in all stages of the research process, including collecting and cleaning sample, questionnaire design, survey programming on our survey platform (Forsta), data quality checks, analyzing results in order to provide decision-making insight for our stakeholders, as well as creating or modifying existing reporting. You will also provide support for both long-term tracking projects and ad hoc research. You will work closely with senior colleagues to undertake analysis and offer guidance and project support to junior colleagues. Job Accountabilities:

  • Assist in the management of ongoing customer and employee feedback programs. You will work closely with colleagues to track NPS and satisfaction across our global business.
  • Complete new ad hoc research studies from start-to-finish to help our understanding of the market, including questionnaire writing, programming, analysis and reporting.
  • Prepare reporting/results that clearly communicate key insights. Ensure reports include recommendations for action. Track prior actions.
  • Serve as a primary source of research support for other REPH analysts to ensure quality and timeliness of all projects completed by Global Customer Insights.
  • Supervise the sample management process, including collecting files from stakeholders and reviewing team output to ensure sample quality. As appropriate you will work with colleagues to develop technical solutions to automate processes.
  • Work with team to identify and implement changes to online Power BI reports as needed to reflect changes in our various tracking studies.
  • Ensure that there is high standard of quality and analysis on projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to define project requirements, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Provide regular status reporting to supervisors and management.
  • Help grow the reputation of the insights team internally. Keep up-to-date with new research approaches, re-evaluate our own methods to ensure we are efficient.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • At least 5-7 years experience in a quantitative research role
  • Experience designing survey questionnaires and reporting study outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders required.
  • The role will use Forsta for survey programming, but training will be provided, so experience on any platform will transfer.
  • Experience or knowledge of research methodology, particularly quantitative research. Research experience can be in any field (market research, customer experience, academic research, medical/experimental).
  • Self-starter with project management skills, able to balance several projects at once and work to tight deadlines.
  • Personable and a good communicator. Works well with other researchers and business stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to a high level of quality control.
  • Comfortable analyzing large data sets, a knowledge of statistics desirable. Able to identify patterns in data sets and provide action-based findings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications (Powerpoint, Excel)
  • A very good command of both written and oral English is required
  • Knowledge of applications such as Python, R, Power BI, or SPSS is advantageous
  • Willing to work midshift
