Job Description
- Provide high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings.
- Provide patient care, administer medications, collaborate with healthcare teams, and maintain patient records.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records.
- Educate patients and their families on health management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
- Maintain professional standards and uphold confidentiality.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s in Arts in Nursing preferred.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, effective communication, and patient management.
- Working Conditions: May involve night shifts and on-call duties in hospitals or clinics.
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, adaptable, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Additional Requirements : NBI/ Police Clearance / Pre-employment Reqs/ SSS / TIN / Pagibig / Philhealth
- Preferably with Masters in Arts in Nursing
