Job Description
- Source candidates, conduct interviews, and assist in onboarding processes.
- Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
- Manage job postings on various platforms.
- Ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
