We are seeking an experienced Headhunter / Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in outsourcing US Mortgage Underwriters. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier underwriting talent for US mortgage operations. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit US Mortgage Underwriters (FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA).
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for outsourced underwriting roles.
• Leverage industry networks, databases, referrals, and headhunting strategies to find niche talent.
• Assess candidates’ technical underwriting skills and US mortgage compliance knowledge.
• Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers through offer and onboarding stages.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified underwriting professionals.
• Stay current on US mortgage lending guidelines and market hiring trends.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Headhunter or Recruiter in US Mortgage Outsourcing.
• Strong understanding of US mortgage underwriting processes and guidelines.
• Demonstrated success placing US Mortgage Underwriters in offshore or outsourced setups.
• Established network of mortgage professionals.
• Excellent screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive hiring timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for BPOs, mortgage outsourcing firms, or financial services companies.
• Familiarity with LOS systems (Encompass, Calyx, etc.).
• Prior exposure to compliance and quality control hiring is a plus.
