1. Responsible for recruiting talent for the company’s core positions, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding processes. 2. Collaborate closely with hiring departments to understand team needs and develop and optimize recruitment strategies. 3. Establish and maintain recruitment channels, continuously expanding the Web3/business talent pool. Job Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources; at least 6 months of Web3 recruitment experience preferred. 2. Fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent communication and coordination skills, strong stress tolerance, and self-motivation. 3. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in human resources, psychology, management, or related fields preferred. 4. Remote work upon confirmation as a regular employee; based in Shenzhen during the probation period.
