- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media for outreach.
- Maintain candidate database and provide reports on recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
