Job Overview

• The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities—from sourcing and screening to onboarding—primarily for outsourced and project-based roles. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the manpower or staffing industry, with the ability to manage high-volume hiring needs and collaborate closely with operations and client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and field recruitment.
• Screen applicants via phone, interviews, and assessments based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with account managers or clients for job briefs, hiring updates, and candidate endorsements.
• Manage end-to-end hiring process including job posting, interview scheduling, job offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain a candidate database and generate recruitment reports.
• Ensure timely deployment of candidates to meet project deadlines or client staffing needs.
• Support recruitment events, job fairs, and community sourcing initiatives as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the manpower or staffing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple roles and meet volume hiring targets.
• Familiar with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Willing to do fieldwork or provincial sourcing if necessary.
