You will be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and maintaining communication with applicants.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Post job openings on various platforms and monitor applicant responses.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Communicate with candidates regarding their application status.
• Assist with the onboarding process of new hires.
• Maintain and update our database with candidate information.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field is a plus.
