Description
- Source candidates, conduct interviews, manage employee relations, assist in talent management strategies.
- Source and attract potential candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Requirements
- Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in talent acquisition, employee relations, people management, written communication, and social recruitment.
- Working Conditions: Typical office environment with occasional remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills.
