Description

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes for selected Job Level.
  • Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Review incoming resumes and conduct initial screening of candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates, ensuring timely communication.
  • Assist with organizing recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain interview schedules, ensuring all materials and documentation are in place.

  • Communicate with candidates to inform them about the status of their applications and next steps.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating applicants’ tracker to ensure accurate candidate information.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees, including 201 requirements collection, induction, and orientation processes.
  • Provide support with direct and temporary employee’s offboarding, asset retrieval, and record updates.
  • Support the HR Recruitment team with daily administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist with preparing HR and admin reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage vendor relations for outsourcing services, ensuring deliverables and cost-effectiveness.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for employee records, HR documentation and HR data bases.


Requirements

  • Graduate of BS/BA Psychology or any related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Recruitment and Admin Task
  • With good communication skills (Verbal and Writen)
  • Project Management
