Recruitment Specialist – Homemaker Furniture Corp.

Homemaker Furniture Corp., one of the leading furniture companies in the Philippines, is looking for a detail-oriented, driven, and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team.

Location: Homemaker Furniture Corp., Parañaque or Quezon City, Philippines

Recruitment Expertise:

• At least 3 years of solid experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and hire top talent efficiently.
• Experience hiring for retail, operations, warehouse, and support roles is a strong advantage.

Passion for Talent Acquisition:

• Knows how to build strong candidate pipelines through active sourcing and creative recruiting strategies.
• Capable of managing high-volume hiring across multiple branches and departments.

Communication & Coordination Skills:

• Confident, professional communicator (both verbal and written).
• Able to work closely with department heads to understand and deliver on hiring needs.

Highly Organized & Results-Driven:

• Strong follow-through with a results-oriented mindset.
• Efficient with tracking applicants and maintaining recruitment reports.

Location & Availability:

• Must be willing to work on-site in Parañaque or Quezon City offices.
• Open to travel to Cebu or other branches when necessary.
