Job Description
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle scheduling and appointments for clients.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and customer-focused attitude.
