Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients.
- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
- Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk operations, scheduling appointments, exemplary time management, and strong organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with standard business hours; may involve occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
