Assist with overseeing overall Service Center requirements, staff and their duties.
Coordinate with Service Manager, Service Advisor and Mechanics on all transactions.
Process transactions and jobs done by mechanics.
Accommodate clients and act as liaison between client and mechanics
Check and record all documents and client information.
Prepare marketing strategies to implement for the growth of the service center.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees

Graduate of any 4 Year Course (or College Level), preferably management and business related courses
Recommended 2 years experience on a receptionist position with prior experience on customer relations
Proficient in principles, methods, and procedures of invoicing, purchasing and inventory control.
Must have numerical competence together with a good working knowledge of basic inventory systems.
With organizational leadership and interpersonal skills.
With Knowledge in auditing.
Should be able to work well together with the Service Team and Management Team.
