Join the team at CYTS (Philippines) Tour Limited Inc. as a Office Staff (Counter Specialist) In this full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients as they plan their travel experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome clients at our travel agency counter, ensuring a positive first impression
• Actively listen to client needs and preferences to recommend suitable travel packages and services
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on destinations, accommodation, transportation and activities
• Assist clients with booking and payment processes, ensuring a seamless experience
• Follow up with clients to confirm travel arrangements and address any queries or concerns
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and bookings
• Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

• Open for Fresh Graduate or at least 6 months - years' experience in a customer service or counter role, preferably within the travel and tourism industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent knowledge of local and international travel destinations, accommodation options and transportation services
• Proficient in using booking systems and other travel-related software
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about the travel industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
