In this role, you will guide clients through the exciting process of buying, selling, and renting properties. You’ll be the trusted advisor who helps them make informed decisions, while ensuring every transaction is smooth and successful.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide guidance on market conditions, property prices, and financing options.
• Conduct property viewings and highlight features that match client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and facilitate transactions to ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare property listings, marketing materials, and presentations.
• Stay updated on real estate trends, laws, and regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

• Education: At least 2 years in college (any course).
• Experience: Entry-level (0–2 years). No prior real estate experience required—training will be provided.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of real estate principles is an advantage, but willingness to learn is most important.
• Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first attitude.
• Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the real estate industry.
• Working Conditions: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when needed.

• Up to 6 digits commissions per month
