We specialize in high-demand residential leasing within Metro Manila’s primary business districts. As we expand our inventory, we are looking for results-driven Marketing Partners to join our professional referral network.

The Opportunity

We have streamlined the real estate process to allow you to focus entirely on market engagement. You do not need to be a closing expert or handle complex legalities. Your primary responsibility is to identify potential tenants and schedule them for viewings—our dedicated in-house sales team handles the viewings, negotiations, and lease documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Inventory: Utilize provided high-quality media kits to advertise available units across various online platforms.
• Client Qualification: Respond to initial inquiries and identify serious potential tenants.
• Appointment Setting: Coordinate with the ProSmart Sales Team to schedule client viewings.
• Leadership & Mentorship (Optional): Once certified, you may sponsor and mentor Associate Partners to build and lead your own professional referral team.

Compensation Structure (Example based on ₱25,000 average rent)

• Direct Referral Fee: 10% of the first month's rent (₱2,500+ per successful lease).
• Management Override: 3% passive commission on all leases closed by the partners you onboard and mentor (₱750+ per deal).
• Leadership Milestone: One-time ₱1,000 Mentor Bonus upon successfully guiding your first two partners to their first successful close.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing (Facebook Marketplace, Carousell, etc.).
• A professional, results-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in sales or real estate is an advantage but not required.
