Job Description
主要工作内容：
◆ 掌握客户需求并分析，对客户购房/租房需求进行分析和识别、判断
◆ 根据客户需求，从各类资源、渠道、网站筛选匹配对应的房产
◆ 在需要时进行在线看房，或在客户赴日时带看房产
◆ 负责协助客户价格协商、合同签约、贷款协助、办理过户、交房等交易流程
要求人才：
◆ 拥有3年以上日本房地产买卖中介经验，熟悉日本房地产买卖全流程
◆ 有责任心，有担当，能至始至终积极完成工作
◆ 熟练使用中文、日语（必须条件）
◆ 有宅建士资格优先
◆ 有日本本地中介卖方资源优先
Fixed Schedule·09:00-18:00
Full Two-Day Weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays Off)·More than 120 Annual Holidays
Health Insurance·Welfare Pension Insurance·Employment Insurance
Non-fixed
Not Allow Smoking
