Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Real Estate Advisor based in Taguig with some potential for remote work. The Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for managing real property transactions and facilitating sales. Day-to-day tasks include meeting, site amd model unit viewings with clients, preparing property listings, and ensuring all transactions comply with legal and company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills.
• Well connected (A to AAA market segment)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
• Licensed Salesperson (PRC registered)
