Your responsibilities as a Mobile and Web Developer would be:

• Develop and enhance the Crashtag hybrid mobile app using Vue Native (preferred) or React Native.
• Maintain and optimize the Laravel-based backend for the Crashtag web platform.
• Design and implement APIs for seamless data exchange between frontend and backend services.
• Work in an Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban) to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Ensure the application's performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product owners to refine and improve the user experience.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring the system runs smoothly under high-load conditions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to improve development efficiency.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience developing mobile applications using Vue Native or React Native.
• Proven experience in Laravel and backend development.
• Demonstrated expertise in API-driven development and integrating third-party services.
• Experience with complex commercial applications—candidates must be able to showcase their past work.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with real-time data processing and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting environments (AWS, Firebase, etc.).
