Description
- Prepares Bill of Quantities and Bill of Materials and Quantity Take-off.
- Prepares Budgetary Cost Estimates both for new and renovations. Consolidates, estimates from sanitary, electrical and mechanical trade.
- Conduct Pre-Bidding/ tender bid documents/translates/evaluate and recommend award to winning bidder.
- Prepares schedule of works/ Bar Chart for all on-going projects.
- Coordinate and monitor preparation of contract/Purchase Orders and Requisition slips for all construction projects.
- Conduct Site Inspection and prepares assessments.
- Weekly update the management on all on-going projects. Prepares report on the status of work and actual costing versus budget.
- Evaluate all quotations submitted and prepare bid evaluation.
- Perform other tasks as the need arises.
Requirements
- Licensed Civil Engineering
- Proven experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and project costing
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- 1-3 working experience
