Description
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Assist in contract negotiations and procurement processes.
- Manage project documentation and financial records.
- Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
Requirements
- Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - MEPFs
- With RICS Certificate
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer and Electrical Engineer
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Quality Management, Project Management, Contract Administration, Cost Estimation, and Construction Knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage project costs, prepare cost estimates, and oversee contract negotiations.
- Working Conditions: Office and onsite environments, may require travel to construction sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities.
