We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in the metal fabrication industry. The role will focus on cost estimation, project evaluation, and ensuring accurate financial and material assessments for fabrication projects.
Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and budgets for fabrication projects.
Conduct material take-offs and ensure correct quantity requirements.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify cost implications.
Monitor project costs, variations, and prepare reports for management.
Work closely with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams to ensure cost efficiency.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Ensure compliance with company standards and project timelines.

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in metal fabrication or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of fabrication materials, costing, and project estimation.
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
