Description

A Quality Specialist in Compliance Management Services supports selected service areas in delivery of Initial, Yearly and Final Configuration Baseline Reports (CBR). CBR is the key evidence to prove compliance to our Configurations Management process.


Besides the core delivery Configuration Management Services have various tasks related to our CMDB’s and configuration process.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform Initial, Periodic and Final Configuration Baseline Reports (CBR) in the CMDB
  • ITQC approval of each CBR on behalf of AEVEN QA (certificate renewed each year)
  • Approx. 1800 CBRs per year needs to be performed and approved
  • Owner of the 2 CMDB´s - CIA and Config. (daily operation and support)
  • Support LOB regarding the Configuration Management Process and documentation
  • Follow up on configuration data in CMDB, e.g., undocumented changes/missing data


Following platforms/systems have been outsourced:

  • OS: UNIX/LINUX/AIX/Solaris, Windows and VMware
  • Storage
  • Backup
  • SAP
  • QI components to NN
  • Danish Crown on UNIX and SAP


Job requirements:

  • Have worked within IT quality control and Change control/Change Management
  • Good English written and verbal
  • People person – a person that likes to build a large network and find it easy to talk to a lot of different people.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Must be resilient and not get frustrated by conflict. Should be able to push tasks forward in a complex organization (AEVEN)


Nice to have:

  • Any certification or education within IT quality – QS, QA, GxP or similar
  • QA experience
  • GxP
  • Experience within Configuration management

Work Schedule


Employees will be expected to adhere to a flexible hybrid work schedule, with a required presence in the office for 1 day per week, allowing for customization of work hours within a specified morning or mid-shift time frame.
