- Plan, execute, and report internal audits.
- Work with departments to resolve audit and compliance issues.
- Provide recommendations and updates on the status of action resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved or critical compliance issues to management.
- Track and verify corrective actions taken.
- Maintain and organize audit files.
- Conduct walk-in inspections, spot audits, and formally document findings.
- Perform follow-ups, including communication with auditees regarding action resolutions.
- Handle document control and maintenance in compliance with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Prepare and submit QA-related monthly reports required by principals.
- Update the Quality Manual to align with the Principal’s ISM (International Safety Management) requirements.
- Organize and attend Management Review Meetings (MRMs).
- Participate in supplier audits.
- Coordinate with HR for updating job descriptions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
