SUMMARY: Under managerial direction, create a manual test script based on the assigned projects/tasks and understand User Stories Customer Journey of a project/application. Execute test cases on the given timeline and prepare test evidences. Perform various testing. Collaborate between the Business Unit/Business Analyst/Developers.

• Perform various testing but not limited to System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression, Sanity and Smoke Testing.
• Lead the testing team and report daily status to the Channel Development Lead.
• Create test plan and test cases as per the requirement of the project and perform the test as per test plan, raise issues to respective BA/Dev team and perform re-test of the fixes/resolution and update the issues log for future reference.
• Ensure that the build to be released into production is free of errors and excellent, error-free IT service is delivered.
• Other related functions that may be assigned as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in manual functional testing for different technologies (Web and Mobile).
• Must have experience in exploratory, regression, sanity, and end-to-end testing.
• Must have experience in creating clear and concise defect reports and analyzing their severity. 
• Must have experience in managing and validating defects raised by other team members. 
• Must have experience in creating, reviewing, and checking test scripts to ensure all requirements are met.
• Must have experience in collaborating with business analysts to gather necessary test data. 
• Must be competent to proficient in test planning (including the preparation of test approaches), scripting, test execution, and reporting. 
• Must be able to create test scenarios and test scripts.
• Must be knowledgeable in defect management. 
• Must have good communication skills.
