Description

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of PYOIC’s Food Safety Program
  2. Lead the review of the company’s Food Safety program
  3. Maintain and update the Food Safety Program
  4. Coordinate with the department heads on the Food Safety training of all employees
  5. Assist in the verification of procedures relating to Food Safety
  6. Assist in investigation of product complaints relating to Food Safety
  7. Prepare / review documents and records relating to Food Safety Management System (Food Safety Manual, HACCP Plan)
  8. In charge of internal food safety quality audits
  9. In charge of external quality audits of clients and government regulatory agencies
  10. Liaise with non-government and government regulatory agencies to keep updated on Food Safety regulations
  11. Manage and oversee documents related to quality management system
  12. Ensure that documents are properly created, signed, distributed and cascaded to concerned employees
  13. Ensure documents are stored, backed up and retention policies are followed
  14. Detail-oriented
  15. Can effectively communicate in English (verbal & written).
  16. Has the ability to initiate improvements
  17. Can work with minimum supervision
  18. Proficient in MS Office 
  19. Excellent interpersonal communication

Requirements

  1. Graduate of BS Food Technology, BS Biology, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Chemistry or other related science course
  2. At least 3 years full-time experience in Quality Assurance, with knowledge in Food Safety and HACCP System; has attended Food Safety and HACCP seminar
