The customer experience/ quality assurance analyst is responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions to ensure exceptional service quality. Analyze feedback and metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year Quality Analyst Experience in a Call Center Setting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn.
  • B2 & above communication skills
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as MS-Excel and PowerPoint.
