Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst at a leading seafood manufacturing company specializing in bangus (milkfish) products. As a key member of the quality assurance department, the QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality, safety, and compliance across all stages of production. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to upholding quality standards within a fast-paced seafood manufacturing environment

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Experience: At least with experience in quality assurance or quality control within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in seafood or related sectors. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of quality assurance principles, food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA), and testing methodologies for seafood products.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical ski ls with the ability to identify and solve quality issues. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and testing.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using laboratory testing equipment and quality management systems.
