- Ensure product quality through rigorous testing procedures
- Develop and implement quality standards and control plans
- Identify defects and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
- Document testing results and provide detailed reports
- Stay updated with industry best practices in QA/QC
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and control.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in quality management, process improvements, structural design, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with occasional site visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, proactive, and a team player.
