• Manage overall quality control of manufacturing process.
• Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures for packaging, labels, and sticker production.
• Monitor all stages of production, from raw material inspection to final product delivery, to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Ensure adhesion, print accuracy, color consistency, and durability of stickers and labels meet company and client expectations.
• Conducts investigation on customer feedbacks regarding material issues and provide corrective actions.
• Directs and monitors activities of Quality Control Staff to ensure that all functions support company objectives to deliver quality products
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for packaging and labeling.
• Ensures that all employees comply with the implemented standard performance.
• Set KPIs for the QA team to measure and enhance performance.
• Identify areas for improvement in production processes to reduce waste, defects, and customer complaints.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field.
• Supervisory experience in quality assurance or manufacturing.
• Background in packaging, labels, or printing industries is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality control procedures.
• Ability to set KPIs and monitor QA staff performance.
• Expertise in investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
• Familiarity with production processes, raw material inspection, and final product testing.
• Detail-focused, proactive in identifying process improvements, and capable of enforcing compliance across teams.
