- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast purchasing needs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting.
- Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for purchasing activities.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, canvassing experience, and a proven work ethic.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel to suppliers.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
