Identify purchasing needs and develop procurement strategies

Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery

Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors

Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues

Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory

Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations

Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand

Track market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly

Prepare reports on procurement activities and cost analyses

Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a

related field.

At least 3-5 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the

food or food manufacturing industry.

Strong background in sourcing raw materials, packaging supplies, and food-grade

ingredients.

Experience working with suppliers/vendors compliant with food safety standards.

Existing network of reliable suppliers and vendors in the food manufacturing or related

industries.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
