Manage procurement of materials and supplies.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors.
Analyze market trends to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Maintain supplier relationships and performance evaluations.
Prepare purchase orders and manage inventory levels.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet project requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Source and purchase materials, components, and services according to company requirements.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers; negotiate price, terms, and lead time.
Issue purchase orders (POs) and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery delays or quality problems.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, quality control) to ensure procurement needs are met.
Analyze inventory levels and coordinate with inventory control teams to avoid overstock or shortages.
Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
Assist in selecting and developing new suppliers.

Educational Qualifications: Not required
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience
Skills and Competencies: Expertise in Excel, knowledgeable in ERP systems and purchasing software
