- Strong knowledge of Incoterms (i.e. EXW, FCA, CIF)
- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
- Analyze market trends and pricing
- Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance
- Maintain accurate inventory and procurement records
- Collaborate with key personnel regarding purchase forecasts
- Knowledgeable with outlook, excel, powerpoint
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Customs Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for supplier visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication abilities.
