Job Description
- Prepares Purchase Requisition
- Prepares Purchase Orders.
- Prepares attachments on invoices to be submitted to Accounting.
- Regularly communicates with suppliers regarding the status of orders.
- Ensures that all materials purchased will be delivered on time and with the right quantity and quality.
- Assists in the preparation of Supplier’s Accreditation.
- Procures needed materials and other needs of the company.
- Ensures 5’S Housekeeping in his/her respective area.
- At least college level
- Experience is not required but an advantage
- Computer literate
- Can work under minimum supervision.
- Flexible, hardworking with good interpersonal and communication skills.
