Job Description:

• Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment needs
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier files
• Assist in supplier evaluation and cost comparison
• Coordinate with accounting for invoice matching and payments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and purchasing procedures

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• At least 6 months–1 year purchasing or administrative experience
• Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory processes
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Experience in retail, F&B, or commissary operations is an advantage
