- Candidate must be a college graduate, preferably with a technical or engineering background.
- Attends to regular purchasing requirements (i.e raw materials, electronics components, packaging) and complies within the given schedule
- Checks price validity of items and stock availability if item is already part of Purchase Order (P.O.) database
- Canvasses company requirements from local and foreign suppliers
- Coordinates the complete specifications and product samples of the requested items with accredited suppliers
- Endorses product pricing to Purchasing Head for approval
- Preparation of Purchase Orders (POs)
- Encoding and updating of entries in the system
- Coordinates and monitors shipment of purchased items
- Coordinates with Warehouse to ensure accuracy of details
- Prepares reports and provide updates to Purchasing Head
- Maintains records and files
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Newly graduates are welcome to apply
