Purchasing Assistant

Job Description
- Assist in procurement processes and maintain vendor relationships.
- Handle purchase orders, ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain and update purchasing databases and records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- Research and evaluate suppliers for cost-effectiveness.
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate
- At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing or planning
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PPT)
- Knowledgeable in ERP System
- Knowledgeable in Basics of Planning
- Knowledgeable on Purchase requisition/Purchase order
- Excellent communication skills
